Dhaka: Nazmul Hasan, President Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) will meet Zaka Ashraf, President Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in New Delhi to parley on Bangladesh tour.
BCB president said that he will try to persuade Zaka Ashraf regarding the refusal of Bangladesh cricket team tour to Pakistan.
Hasan also said that he will talk-out availability of Pakistani cricket players in the upcoming league.
Meanwhile, all-rounder Abdul Razzak said that there seems no need to get notification of clearance (NOC) for the league but if the PCB opposes it, he will definitely follow the directions.
Previously, Bangladesh had shown positive response to Pakistan’s tour while PCB also had officially made announcement of the event. However, afterwards, BCB excused to participating in the event.
Because of this decision, it is expected that PCB will not allow Pakistan players to join Bangladesh Premier League.
