Siberia: A young man threw boiling water from a balcony which instantly turned into frozen droplets in Novosibirsk, Siberia’s minus 41C weather.
He demonstrated the depths of the cold in his video. The unidentified man showed a temperature reading of minus -41C on his mobile phone before launching the water out the window.
In the far eastern regions of Russia fall of temperatures often recorded to -50C and -20C in central parts.
According to meteorologists for some regions such low temperatures have not been recorded for more than half a century.
