Abu Dhabi: Pakistan will face Australia in the second One Day International (ODI) of three match series in United Arab Emirates (UAE). Australia is leading the series 1-0 after defeating Pakistan by 4 wickets in first ODI.
Instead of a defeat in the first ODI, Pakistan skipper Misbah ul Haq showed his confidence on the bowling side of the team but said that the batsmen should realize their responsibility in order to set a suitable target for the bowlers to defend.
While Australia are not passing through their good time as they slid to fourth position in ICC ranking  from number one for the first time in three years after losing to 4-0 to England last month.
Comparatively Australia have edge over Pakistan as both the team played 86 games since 1975 and the Aussies won 52 while the green shirts secured victory in 30.
Pakistan has not won any ODI series against four time world champions Australia since 2002, but they edge the four times champion as they were only defeated once by Australia at Sharjah.
Players to watch:
Pakistan: In the bowling department, it would be delightful to watch Pakistani spinners Saeed Ajmal, Shahid Afridi and Mohammad Hafeez in the match as they gave tough time to Aussies in the opener.
Although the Pakistani batting line collapsed in the opener but performances by Asad Shafiq and Umar Akmal would boost their morale while Misbah-ul-Haq, Hafeez and Kamran Akmal could also pose threat to Australian bowling.
Australia: Mitchell Starc, who took five wicket haul in 1st ODI, along with Pattinson, who took three wickets would be the most fascinating bowlers to watch against Pakistan.
Although Australia has a strong batting line but the way Pakistan spinning attack ruined their batting in 1st ODI it will be interesting to see that how they tackle the spin attack.
Michael Clarke, George Bailey and Michael Hussey would be the backbone of the Australian batting line against the Pak spin attack.
Time of match:
The match will start at 6:00pm Pakistan (GMT-5)
