Islamabad: A high level meeting presided by Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari is underway at President House in Islamabad , in order to made consensus regarding the appointment of new Prime Minister, sources said on Tuesday.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan disqualified Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani in contempt of court  case on Tuesday, setting aside ruling of the  National Assembly Speaker Fehmida Mirza.
On the occasion, PML-Q Leader Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, Mushahid Hussain Syed, MQM leader Babar Ghori, Hyder Abbas Rizvi, ANP leaders Haji Adeel, Afrasiyab Khattak, FATA leader Munir Orakzai and others were also present.
The sources said that the names of Makhdom Shahab, Ahmed Mukhtar, Hina Rabbani Khar and Samina Khalid Ghurki were under consideration for the appointment of new PM.
