Washington: The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has removed name of Taliban supreme commander Mullah Muhammad Omar from its ‘Most Wanted Terrorists’ list.
The move comes as the United States willing to engage the Taliban in peace talks.
The names of al-Qaea chief Dr Ayman al-Zawahiri and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) commander Baitullah Mehsud still remain on the list.
It is to mention here that most of the names lying on FBI’s ‘Most Wanted’ list belongs to Muslim world.
