Larkana: Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has said that investigations into the killing of Benazir Bhutto have been completed and the People’s Party’s Central Executive Committee will decide whether to disclose some portions of the inquiry.
He was talking to media after offering Fateha at Beanzir’s mausoleum in Naudero on Tuesday.
He said the PPP was a visionary party and pursuing the politics of reconciliation in accordance with the BB’s vision. Gilani said that the Constitution was created by Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and eventually it was restored by his own party (PPP).
The prime minister added that he had dispelled the rumours regarding removal of General Kayani and Ahemd Shuja Pasha.
Commenting over the PTI’s popularity he said that people with no vision were uniting under the umbrella of “king’s party”.
The prime minister said that the PPP was a big party and has courage to fight conspiracies being hatched against it.
Replying a query, the PM said that there would be no confrontation between the state’s institutions if they worked according to parameters of the Constitutions.
He said that a conspiracy had been hatched to pit government and judiciary against each other.
