Islamabad: Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has inquired about health of President Asif Ali Zardari during an encounter with PPP leader Babar Awan after a full court reference in honor of outgoing Supreme Court judge Justice Sair Ali.
Reports say the chief justice asked Babar about Zardari’s condition. Awan told him that the president was recuperating and has been shifted to hospital room from intensive care unit (ICU).
According to the reports the CJ prayed for the earlier recovery of the president.
