Islamabad: Pakistan Army’s help has been sought to help maintain law and order situation under control during Muharram as part of security measures for the first 10 days of the holy month , official sources said on Saturday.
The sources said that 122 companies of the army have been called in while 123 companies of paramilitary troops will also be deployed.
The sources said that the army and paramilitary troops would be deployed in 38 districts across the country to thwart any untoward incident.
