Babar Awan should check eyesight: Sanaullah

Lahore: Provincial Law Minister, Rana Sanaullah Khan has said that if Babar Awan sees the situation in Punjab like Karachi, then he should get examined his eyesight and brain as the money earned illegally by him has left negative impact on his mind.

Reacting to the statement of Babar Awan on Saturday, Sanaullah said that there is no ordinary culprit in Punjab but so-called lawyer like Babar Awan commits dacoity in banks and on the hard-earned money of the poor people. He said that Babar Awan is a jugular and important member of corrupt Zardari group.

He said that responsibility of the Awan is to find new justifications for diverting the attention of the masses from the corruption of Zardari group. He surprised over the ignorance of Babar Awan that after 18th amendment, holding of local bodies-elections is responsibility of the Election Commission in four provinces at a time. When election commission will issue the schedule of these elections, Punjab government will follow it, he added.

The provincial minister termed this statement of Babar Awan as ridiculous that corruption or extra amount is being spent on Lahore Mass Transit Project. He said the so-called leader Babar Awan should know that Chinese company is executing this project on its own expense; therefore, the question of corruption in this project does not arise at all. We will not spare the real thief of the nation Babar Awan and would recover from him every single penny of the looted money of poor masses, Sanaullah concluded.
