Quetta: At least five people were injured in a blast in Dera Bugti area of Balochistan on Friday.
According to officials a bomb was planted in a motorcycle and detonated by a remote control, apparently targeting Bhayi Khan, a member of a pro-government militia.
The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. The identities of others injured were still unknown.
Earlier on Thursday at least four people were killed and several others inured in a blast in Jafarabad area of the province.
The volatile Balochistan province has been witnessing a low level insurgency waged by nationalists, demanding more provincial autonomy.
