Washington: Republican senator and the member of US senate foreign relations committee Corker has said that Pakistan is deceiving the US and considers China its true friend.
He said that the US established bilateral relations with the South Asian country during cold war era. “Now we should enhance strategic relations with India as the cold war has ended” he added.
The US he said should suspend aid to the country as Pakistan was seeking China and Iran’s help.
The senator said The US should withdraw its troops from Pakistan immediately.
Another member of the committee while concluding the discussion on whether the US should continue giving aid to Pakistan Howard Berman said stooping Pakistan’s aid would a irresponsible step.He said even India was in foavour of providing Pakistan with the US aid.
