Karachi: The Mohajir Rabita Council (MRC) on Thursday asked PPP leader Zulfikar Mirza and ANP leader Shahi Syed to leave the city within 48 hours.
The MRC rejected the apology tendered by Zulfiqar Mirza over his last night’s statement he gave at a dinner hosted by ANP leader Shahi Sayed against the Urdu Speaking people. It warned that if the two did not leave the city within 48 hour then ‘forceful’ protest would be launched against them.
Earlier, the MRC had demanded Zulfiqar Mirza to publicly apologize to MQM chief Altaf Hussain for his anti-MQM and Anti-Urdu speakers statement. The MRC had rejected the apology tendered by Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik for Mirza’s statement.
