Lahore: The Supreme Court on Monday accepted bail plea of Malik Ishaq, allegedly involved in the terrorist attack on Sri Lankan cricket team in March 2009.
The bail application was accepted after the prosecution failed to produce evidences against the accused.
The court while accepting the bail plea of founder member of proscribed Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, directed that surety bonds of Rs 500,000.
The accrued was also booked by Punjab police for his alleged involvement in terror attacks on Qadiani’s worships in Chanab Nagar.
