Karachi: An anti-terrorism court on Saturday rejected the application filed by the lawyers of accused involved in the extra judicial killing of Sarfaraz Shah, seeking transfer of case to a session court.
The lawyers in the application contended that the accused should not be tried in the ATC as they have not been involved in an act of terrorism. They pleaded that the case be transferred to a session court.
Special judge Bashir Ahmed Khoso rejecting the application ruled that the accused would be tried in the ATC.
